FOOD & BEVERAGE CERTIFICATES VALID AT THE PARK CHENNAI

• One (1) certificate entitling the Member to a complimentary buffet lunch or set meal for two (2) persons at 601. This benefit is not valid on a Sunday and is for members only.
• One (1) certificate entitling the Member to a complimentary set meal dinner for two (2) persons upto a spend of Rs. 2500 at Aqua at The Park Chennai. This benefit is not valid on Saturday evening.
• One (1) certificate entitling the Bearer to a celebration chocolate cake (max. 1 kg) while dining at the Hotel. Advance reservations of a minimum of 48 hours are required to avail of this benefit.
• One (1) certificate entitling the Bearer to a complimentary celebration bottle of House Wine while dining at the Hotel.
• Two (2) certificates entitling the Member to one ‘Complimentary Dessert’ for each main course ordered while dining at the Hotel (maximum of two desserts/certificate).

ACCOMMODATION CERTIFICATES AT THE PARK CHENNAI

• One (1) certificate entitling the Member to a complimentary night stay in a Deluxe Room. This benefit is valid on weekends only (i.e. Friday, Saturday or Sunday night) and is subject to room allocation availability. Taxes on room and extras will be charged directly as applicable.
• Two (2) certificates entitling the Bearer to a ‘Summer Weekend offer’ - a 30% discount on the published room rate for the first night and the corresponding second night will be complimentary on a room only basis. This benefit is valid over weekends only (i.e. Friday, Saturday or Sunday nights) and with prior reservations. Rooms are subject to allocation availability.
• Two (2) certificates entitling the Bearer to a ‘Complimentary Room Upgrade’ to the next category of rooms for a maximum of three nights only. This benefit is subject to availability at the time of check-in.

OTHER CERTIFICATES VALID AT THE PARK CHENNAI

• Two (2) certificates entitling the Member to a two hour complimentary use of the Swimming Pool for two (2) persons. This benefit is valid from Monday to Saturday only and between 10 am to 6 pm.

ACCOMMODATION BENEFITS AT THE PARK HOTELS IN INDIA

• 15% discount on published room tariff at The Park Hotels (including The Park Collection hotels) in Chennai.
• Bangalore, Chennai, Navi Mumbai and Visakhapatnam.
• 30% discount on the published room tariff from May to September and a 15% discount from October to April at The Park Delhi.
• 30% discount on the Best Available Rate over a weekend defined as Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Rooms are subject to availability.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS*

• Your membership is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance of the membership. The membership fee is Rs. 7,500 + 18% Goods and Services Tax amounting to Rs. 8,850/- only.
• Membership Fee cannot be paid in cash.
• The total amount of the membership fee will be refunded, provided the membership has not been used and the refund is requested by the Member within 15 days of the acceptance of the membership. Refunds will only be processed after the receipt of the membership card, all the certificates and a written cancellation request.
• Membership Card is non-transferable and the hotel has the right to request the member for a valid Government approved photo ID at the time of using the card.
• The membership card and the certificates have no cash value and cannot be traded. Lost or misplaced card / certificates cannot be replaced.
• Discounts can only be availed upon presentation of your valid signed Preferred at the Park Membership Card. The value of the specific discount does not include taxes.
• To avail of the membership discount, the requirement is that two main courses must be ordered. Only one card can be used per visit / per table. Membership benefits will not apply during promotions, special events and festivals.
• All certificates are for one time use only and need to be surrendered to avail of the benefit.
• Card benefits and certificates cannot be combined together.
• Management reserves the right to change the terms of membership from time to time without any Notice.
